great base for exploring galway's highlights on foot

we really enjoyed staying at this cozy b&b, as it was an easy walk to multiple eateries and the beautiful Salmon Weir Bridge, making our city explorations so enjoyable.

Parking situation could be a hassle, especially if you find yourself checking out late!!! The different physical keys for upstairs and downstairs complicate group stays more than necessary!!! It'd be better to streamline this process!!!

During my 2-night stay, I had a lovely experience that enhanced my business trip. The small single room was comfortable, and I appreciated the walking distance to the university for my meetings. Each morning, breakfast was a delightful treat, and I enjoyed chatting with the staff who were eager to share tips about the area. The location was well-situated for exploring several nearby attractions like the Galway City Museum and the iconic Salmon Weir Bridge.

The twin room was spacious and had a modern bathroom, which was a plus. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows could've been better. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I really appreciated the smooth shower! Walking distance to town was great, but I miss having a comfy common area. Breakfast was solid—definitely a highlight! It felt cozy overall.

Great place with great wi-fi, tv, and electric kettle. The staff even helped return my forgotten earpods during my first stay. Highly recommended for a cozy romantic escape!
